A whisky shaped by time, tradition, and the influence of exceptional cask selection. The third release of Huntingfield Single Malt Whisky has been matured in Ex-Bourbon casks and bottled at 50% ABV, delivering a rich, velvety depth with a long, lingering finish.
With only 90 bottles available, this release showcases the natural warmth and complexity of Tasmania’s finest single malt.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Burnt caramel, vanilla bean, orange zest over glowing embers, and a subtle wisp of campfire smoke.
Palate: Light BBQ orange, toasted marshmallows with a savoury edge, honey-drizzled nuts, and spiced oak. A beautifully rich, textured mouthfeel.
Finish: Lingering and long, unfolding with waves of caramelised sugar, cinnamon, black tea, and a touch of charred oak, settling into a final whisper of warm vanilla and dark chocolate.
