Tasting Notes
Nose: Tiramisu, lemon cheesecake, maraschino cherries, and the deep, timeworn essence of leather-bound encyclopaedias.
Palate: Burnt toffee, heather, sarsaparilla, raisin, and the savoury depth of deli meats.
